Anne Mucha, PT, DPT, MS, NCS, is a physical therapist at the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and UPMC Rehabilitation Institute, as well as an adjunct instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. 
Dr. Mucha is an expert in the assessment and rehabilitation of balance, dizziness, and visual symptoms following concussion and is a neurologic clinical specialist. She is the vestibular rehabilitation program coordinator for the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program. Dr. Mucha has lectured internationally on concussion rehabilitation. Her research efforts include development and validation of the Vestibular Ocular/Motor Screening (VOMS), randomized clinical trials related to vestibular rehabilitation and active concussion treatments, and long-term effects of concussion in military service members and professional athletes. She served as a member of the CDC panel of experts to develop clinical guidelines for diagnosis and management of mild traumatic brain injury among children and adolescents.
