Chris Burley, PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist with the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program and assistant professor in the University of Pittsburgh Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Burley was hired as a clinical faculty member in September 2024 after completing a two-year postdoctoral fellowship with the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles related to concussion and has lectured at various national conferences. Dr. Burley’s clinical and research interests include active treatments for concussion, psychological issues in concussion recovery, and long-term brain health.
