Quantum Design Physical Property Measurement System Closed-cycle cryostat for electrical measurements in 50mK--300K range and up to 12T magnetic field. There are resistivity, electrical transport, Hall effect modules available, as well as breakout box for custom experiments
Quantum Designs MPMS Cryostat for magnetic moment measurements in 1.7K--300K range
Oxford Instruments Triton DR200 Dilution refrigerator for DC and RF measurements with the base temperature around 50mK. Current setup is aimed at superconducting qubit measurements.
Hesse BondJet BJ855 Programmable automatic wirebonder. Currently uses 1mil Al wire to create bonds from packaging/PCB to the experimental chip
