Our Research
Our work addresses care for diabetes, heart disease, and other similar and multiple chronic conditions, through innovations in healthcare delivery, self-management support, and technology. We work directly with patients and their families, healthcare providers, and communities.
We are led by Dr. Ann-Marie Rosland and collaborate with experts across a range of disciplines including clinical medicine, health behavior and social science, statistical modeling, and healthcare organization.
