Aurora CS (Cell Sorter)
The Aurora CS is equipped with 5 lasers - 488 (blue), 640 (red), 405 (violet), 561 (yellow-green) 355 (UV).
64 Fluorescence channels: 355nm = 16 channels; 405nm = 16 channels; 488nm = 14 channels; 640nm = 8 channels; 561nm = 10 channels. Efficient spectrum capture for dyes emitting in the 360nm-900nm range. No filter changes required for any fluorochromes.
6 way sorts into 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes. 4 way sorts into 5ml FACS tubes. 2 way sorts into 15ml Falcon tubes. Single Cell sorting into 96 well plates (no other plate sizes at this time)
