Victoria Kuchno

Victoria Kuchno is the Administrative Assistant for the IFL. In this position, she supports the fellows and leadership by managing office workflow, project preparation, schedules, and events. Before joining the IFL, she worked in high profile customer support roles at NetJets, the world’s largest private aviation company. As an account manager and flight attendant, Victoria ensured the highest levels of hospitality through superior in-flight experiences for passengers around the world. Victoria is passionate about delivering exceptional, anticipatory service through meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

A native of the Buckeye state, Victoria holds a BS in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Business from The Ohio State University where she served as Captain of the Gymnastics team and was recognized as an All-American Scholar Athlete. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys running through the beautiful south hills of Pittsburgh, exploring new libraries and parks with her children and connecting with her local community.
